Tony Louis Cottrell (born May 5, 1976),[2] better known in that Hi-Tek, is an American rapper be proof against music producer from Cincinnati, Ohio. Career

1996–2000

2001–present

It received critical acclaim and spawned a minor hit, "Round and Round" with Cincinnati singer Jonell.
